This job aid on how to Transfer a Call  was created to supplement the Sahuarita Food Bank Phone Training course.  It was created as reminder of a step by step process on how to transfer the phones that was designed to be utilized after a volunteer had gone through the training. Since this process is a key component of the e-Learning module, this job aid was designed to keep this information always available to the volunteers who work at the Sahuarita Food Bank.
